Triangulating the balance between business, nature and the human species, the world finds herself at the peril of collapse, or the safety of restructure. Leaders need to be future fit through inventing and mastering skills, not grafted from a historic narrative, but from future boldness. Transformational leadership, agility and flexibility across all five levels of leadership progression (Self, Team, Organisation, Society and World) is required to achieve such future leadership fitness. This to be aligned with evolving thought paradigms of the 21st century, blended with physical, biological and technological systems. Lives versus livelihoods. How do we balance the scale, measure the cost, justify the means, guide the philosophical discussion and lead the future narrative?
