The focus is on how to build a Thriving high-performance team during times when most people globally are purely focusing on Surviving. Minimising the fear factor and creating Social Safety to optimise high-performance thinking through the development of a Growth Mindset, is a key theme throughout the simulation.

Working in virtual teams during the COVID-19 lockdown has resulted in many advantages, such as less travelling, lower office costs and greater accessibility to global talent. However, virtual teams have also realised that terms of engagement and virtual team competencies for high performance need to be revisited and developed.
