Connected Leadership
for Women
This course is based on the Platform for Connect Leadership Traits of Think, Learn, Act and Inspire. It will take women on the Leadership Progression journey from Reflecting on Leading Self (self-discovery and self-mastery), to Inspiring for Leading World. The course enables our participants to understand and leverage their core strengths to become authentic leaders and role models who empower women around them.

- Drive transformation in the workplace through the application of authentic leadership
- Create a culture that embraces and leverages diversity through modelling the behaviour
- Having a limitless, solution-driven mindset to step into leadership roles
- Team communication and management skills development
- Set goals, make plans, and solve problems through mental imagery while guiding others into a future riddled in chaos, change and uncertainty

Who Should Attend
The course is for women who are either already leading others or would like to step into a leadership role. It is aimed at women who would like to increase their levels of confidence and overcome self-limiting beliefs. It is for women who seek to embark on a path of transformation.
