These levels are further divided into more detailed sections that create a holistic overview of the leader and their unique levels of success and development areas. The 5 Lens Evaluation looks at:

  • Lens 1: Personal Mastery: Factors That Indicate Your Emotional Health
  • Lens 2: Emotional Resilience: About Emotional Resilience
  • Lens 3: Social Drives: Specific Behaviour to Reduce Primal Fears
  • Lens 4: Energy Centers: Your Centre-based Style
  • Lens 5: The Enneagram Model: The Nine Ways of the Enneagram
